We had recently bought my dream car (a convertible volkswagen bettle) but have been having issues with it and ultimately had to have to towed. Randall was our driver and he was the nicest person Ive yet had to deal with regarding fixing our car. He's was incredibly nice and offered his thoughts on what was the issues with the car (the alternator, which turned out to be true as well as several other issues 🫠). He made sure that the car was secured in place and assured us that he would get the car where it needed to be safely. He was so nice and Im glad he was the one to take my car off.

Rarely do I ever post a comment about someone, but the tow truck driver I had was absolutely fantastic! He generally put my safety first and truly cared about not damaging my vehicle. I have never been treated with such compassion and understanding about a car. He could tell I was so upset and he was so caring.. Women, this man is who you want to be giving you your assistance. I hope you can request who you want if you call for help. He wouldn't even accept a tip. His name was Randall. Make sure you try to request him
